Stephen Curry continued to climb up the NBA's all-time scoring list during the Golden State Warriors' clash with the Los Angeles Lakers on Friday night. Curry scored the 26,669th point of his career during the contest, passing Hall of Famer Dominique Wilkins for the No. 18 spot on the league's all-time scoring leaderboard. Curry is now ahead of Wilkins, Tim Duncan, Paul Pierce, John Havlicek and Kevin Garnett on the list. He's also nearing Oscar Robertson and his 26,710 career points at the No. 17 spot on the leaderboard. DeMar DeRozan sits at No. 16 with 26,763 points, although DeRozan's overall scoring total will continue to rise as he begins his first season as a member of the Denver Nuggets. Curry's status among the top 20 scorers in NBA history is particularly impressive considering the time he's missed due to injuries throughout his career, including a 2019-20 campaign in which he was limited to just five games played. This season, he entered Friday's action averaging 28.8 points, 3.8 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 1.5 steals per game while shooting 47.7 percent from the field and 38.9 percent from three-point territory.
