Players Collect is a sports intelligence platform that aggregates publicly available athlete data — including performance statistics, market values, collectible sales, search trends, and news — into a unified player scoring system. The service provides player dashboards, portfolio tracking, watchlists, community discussion, and affiliate links to third-party marketplaces. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the service. By using Players Collect, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. Users under 18 should use the service with parental or guardian supervision.
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate and current information when registering. • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential. • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
You agree not to: • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any law. • Harass, abuse, threaten, or impersonate other users in community discussions. • Post spam, promotional content, or misleading information in community threads. • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, its systems, or data. • Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the service without permission. • Interfere with the proper functioning of the service or its affiliate tracking. • Use automated tools (bots, crawlers) to access the service without our consent. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.
Players Collect Scores™ and all player data displayed on the service — including statistics, market values, collectible prices, and trend indicators — are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are derived from third-party data sources and our proprietary algorithms. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or score. Scores and data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. You should not rely solely on our service for any investment, purchasing, or financial decision.
Nothing on Players Collect constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The Players Collect Score™, market data, and collectible valuations are informational tools, not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any player's collectibles, memorabilia, or related assets. Collectibles and sports memorabilia markets are speculative and volatile. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. We are not liable for any losses resulting from decisions made based on information from our service.
Players Collect participates in affiliate programs, including the eBay Partner Network. When you click an affiliate link and make a purchase on a third-party marketplace, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Third-party marketplaces (including eBay, Fanatics, StockX, and others) are independent entities. Their terms of service, return policies, and dispute resolution processes govern your transactions with them. We are not a party to any transaction you complete on an external marketplace and are not responsible for the products, services, or conduct of those marketplaces.
If the service allows you to post content in community discussions, you retain ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it within the service. You represent that you have the rights to any content you post and that it does not infringe on the rights of others. We may remove content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable, at our sole discretion.
The Players Collect name, logo, Players Collect Score™, page designs, scoring algorithms, and original content are the property of Players Collect and protected by intellectual property laws. Player statistics, team logos, and other sports data are sourced from third parties and remain the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
Players Collect is an independent sports information and collecting platform and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any athlete, team, league, governing organization, or other sports entity unless expressly stated. Players Collect may display athlete names, photographs, likenesses, statistics, biographical information, team affiliations, performance information, collectible information, and other publicly available information for purposes including athlete identification, editorial commentary, sports information, research, and discussion of the sports and collectibles marketplace. The use of an athlete's name, likeness, statistics, or other identifying information is not intended to suggest that the athlete has authorized, sponsored, endorsed, or otherwise participated in Players Collect. All trademarks, team names, logos, league names, and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. Players Collect does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property displayed on the platform. Where third-party photographs, graphics, data, or other content are used, Players Collect seeks to use such materials in accordance with applicable rights, licenses, permissions, and other legal requirements. Third-party content remains the property of its respective owner. Players Collect's presentation of athletes, statistics, collectibles, market information, trends, and related information is provided for informational purposes and should not be interpreted as an endorsement by any athlete or sports organization. Nothing on Players Collect should be interpreted as creating an affiliation, sponsorship, agency, endorsement, partnership, or other relationship between Players Collect and any athlete, team, league, or sports organization unless expressly identified as such.
Players Collect may provide information, trends, estimates, listings, pricing information, and other data relating to sports collectibles and athlete-related markets. Such information is provided for informational purposes only and may change over time. Listing prices, estimates, trends, and other market information may not reflect actual transaction prices or current market conditions. Players Collect does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or current market value of any information presented on the platform. Users should independently verify pricing and other information before making any purchase, sale, investment, or other decision.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that data will be accurate or reliable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Players Collect and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months, or $50, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold Players Collect harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of others.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in the jurisdiction where Players Collect operates.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you end immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will remain in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
